Reservation Details
Weekly and monthly rates are available when your stay is paid in full at the time of booking. Otherwise, the standard daily rate will apply. Please note that we’re unable to provide refunds for early departures.
Monthly Electric
Monthly stays include a $50 electric allowance. Any usage beyond the included amount will be charged to the guest.

There’s always a good time to visit Black Bear. We’re open all year, giving you the flexibility to plan a stay whenever the road brings you our way.
Guests may stay up to 210 days within a 12-month period, and all reservations must be made and paid for in advance. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Plans can change, but please keep in mind that we’re unable to offer refunds for early departures or inclement weather. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Our weekly and monthly rates already reflect discounted pricing. Additional discounts do not apply, and discounts cannot be combined.

Arriving a little early or hoping to stay a little longer? We’ll do our best to accommodate you when site availability allows. Early check-ins and late check-outs must be approved in advance and may include an additional fee.
