Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Campground Staff Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Managing Reservations and Guest Communication: Handle incoming phone calls, make new reservations, adjust existing reservation when needed, and respond to guest inquiries via email.
• Guest Services: Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, and provide information about the park and local attractions.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks around the campground, including common areas and campsites.
• Groundskeeping: Routine trash collection to keep the campground clean and attractive.
• Emergency Response: Provide support in handling emergencies or issues that may arise, following campground protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience with reservation software, such as CampSpot, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic maintenance skills and a willingness to learn.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and walking for extended periods.
